Terms of Service for Mitro and Purnorup Ecosystem
These Terms of Service apply to the application “Mitro”, published on Google Play Store,
developed and operated by Purnorup (পূর্ণরূপ) (the developer entity listed on Google Play).
These Terms also apply to any related services or features that are part of the Mitro application or explicitly integrated within the Purnorup ecosystem.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Purnorup ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
2. User Registration and Account Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering via Google Sign-In.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use proxy or VPN services, or that we suspect of suspicious activity.
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete inactive accounts after 60–90 days of inactivity, along with all associated data and content, without prior notice.
3. Technical Requirements and Access
- Maintaining compatible browser versions and settings
- Ensuring adequate internet connectivity
- Any costs associated with internet access or data usage
- Securing your own network connection
4. Web Security and Privacy
- The Service utilizes industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
- You agree to:
- Not attempt to bypass our web security measures
- Keep your browser and security settings up to date
- Log out of your account after each session on shared devices
- Not share your session tokens or cookies
- We recommend against using the Service on public or unsecured networks.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to bypass any security features or access restrictions of the Service
- Using automated systems or scripts to access or interact with the Service
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the Service or its related systems
- Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Uploading malicious code or files that could damage the Service

As some of our applications are designed for business and personal use, you agree to:
- Not share or distribute any confidential business presentations, documents, or data processed through the app outside of your authorized audience
- Not use presentation content or business data for any purpose other than its intended business use
- Not sell, transfer, or expose any sensitive business information, company data, or presentation materials accessed through the app
- Maintain the confidentiality of all business presentations and related materials shared through the platform
- Only share presentation links and access with authorized team members and intended audience members
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant us necessary rights to provide the Service.
- You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including:
- Ensuring you have all necessary rights to share and present the content
- Compliance with copyright laws and intellectual property rights
- Ensuring content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Service Availability and Performance
- As a web-based service, we strive for but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Consistent performance across all browsers and devices
- Uninterrupted access during maintenance or updates
- Immediate loading of large presentation files
- We reserve the right to:
- Perform maintenance during off-peak hours
- Update the web application without notice
- Modify features based on browser capabilities
- Implement reasonable usage limits to ensure service stability
- Delete user data or account with or without prior notice
8. Browser Compatibility
- The Service is optimized for:
- Latest modern web browsers
- Tested On Chrome And Firefox
- We are not responsible for:
- Service malfunctions on unsupported browsers
- Display issues on outdated browser versions
- Performance problems due to browser extensions or plugins
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any, in the past 12 months.
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or any other intangible losses
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
- Any issues caused by third-party services, including Google API availability
- Network or internet-related issues affecting access to the Service
- Browser compatibility or performance issues

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purnorup and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Service
- Any violation of these Terms
- Your content
- Your interaction with other users
- Any breach of security or unauthorized access through your account
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:
- Email to your registered address or notify in the app homepage
- Notice on our Service
- Other reasonable means
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
